r.c.'Watercolors'

The pre-proposal for the residential complex 'Watercolors' was designed relying on customer’s requirements, he wanted to use a maximum site area and to get something innovative and affordable, something that would attract the clients. Initially, 'Watercolors' was only a name and then we decided to add a bit of formalism which was very popular among the architects in those time. All began so well but some 'bureaucratic obstacles', let’s call them so, prevented embodiment of this project into reality. It turned out that the bureau, where I was warking, was not the first company which designed a proposal for the customer. And the world saw the project which was designed by the fourth firm.
